Broadwell joined Central Catholic High School in 2013 and after a while, she graduated with a High School Diploma in 2017. She then joined Butler University where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Media and a minor in Reaction. During her stay in college, she interned at BCSN in Toledo, Ohio for 3 months.
Kennedy also interned at the Humane Society of Indianapolis, Drew and Mike Show, Circle City Athletics, and Nine13sports. In 2019, she received her Concession in Sports from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Additionally, she is also a licensed student researcher since January 2020.
