Mandy Bailey is an American Meteorologist working for KTEN Weather as the Chief Meteorologist. She joined the station in April 2019 after covering severe weather in southwestern Oklahoma for three years.

Bailey originally comes from Plano, Texas, she went to the University of Oklahoma and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Meteorology and minors in math and broadcast meteorology. Mandy currently works for KTEN since 2019, she was able to lead the EF-3 tornado in Bryan County in 2019. Further, she led Texoma through the April 2019 and also the 2020 tornado outbreak.
Mandy previously worked for 3 years in southwestern Oklahoma before her time at KTEN, during her time there, she mostly covered severe weather in the place. During her free time, you will find her outdoors doing different activities such as running, fishing, or hunting.
