Niku Kazori Biography
Niku Kazori is an American news personality working as a News, Traffic, and Weather Anchor at KIRO 7 News, she joined the station in March 2022. Before joining this station, she was working for the Armed Forces Radio Network.
Education
Kazori went to Cypress Ridge High School in 2007 and graduated in 2011. She then went to Sam Houston State University where she studied Broadcast Journalism and graduated in 2012. In 2013 she joined the University of St Thomas and earned her Broadcast Journalism degree graduating in 2015.
Career
While still in school, Niku worked for Cypress-Fairbanks I.S.D. as a news anchor in her senior year. Then following her high school graduation, she joined Bearkat Sports Network where she worked as a Floor director for almost a year until May 2012. By then she was still undertaking her Broadcast Journalism course.
Niku then joined KPRC Local 2 in Houston, Texas Area in August 2014 for her internship, during her time here, she was given different roles and as such, she gained a lot of experience which prepared her for her future broadcasting career. At this time, she was still working for Red Bull Marketing which came calling in 2013, she worked with them until December 2015 after 3 years of service.
Another stop where Niku interned is KRIV FOX 26, in Houston, Texas Area, she had a brief stay there and left at the same she was leaving Red Bull. This was after landing a job at KCBD-TV as a Weather Anchor and Reporter. Kazori remained in this station until August 2016 after serving for almost one year.
While still working for KCBD-TV, Niku was also working on a part-time basis for WCBD News 2 serving as a Weather Anchor and Weekday Traffic Reporter, her stay there was brief, only 3 months. This was following a job opportunity that she got in Knoxville, Tennessee at WVLT Local 8 News where she served as a Reporter. She stayed in this position for about one year then in October 2017 she left the station.
Immediately after leaving WVLT Local 8 New, Kazori landed another job at KENS 5 in San Antonio, Texas where she served as a Morning Traffic Anchor, Fill-in Anchor, and Multi-Skilled Journalist. This time around, she was not in a hurry to leave and served in the station for almost 3 years until May 2020.
Radio
Kazori worked as a Communications Consultant for the Armed Forces Radio Network in Okinawa, Japan as a Freelance journalist for almost one year before joining her current station, she left the radio network in March 2022.

Kazori currently works as a News, Traffic, and Weather Anchor at KIRO 7, in Seattle, Washington, United States. She joined the station in March 2022, and her first role there was working as a Reporter before taking her current role, she is now a News, Traffic, and Weather Anchor.
