O’Hare joined the University at Buffalo in August 1990, majoring in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering. He graduated in May 1993 and joined SUNY Brockport where he graduated with a Degree in Meteorology with an emphasis in Forecasting and Hydrology.
