Born and raised in Queens, he developed his love for weather watching winter storms produce feet of snow. Following his passion he joined the University of North Carolina at Charlotte graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Meteorology and a minor in Theatre.
Williams currently works as a weekend evening meteorologist for WCVB in Boston. He joined the station in August 2022 and has since covered the area’s weather conditions. Before moving to Boston, he worked in Richmond, VA as a full-time weekend meteorologist at WRIC-TV. During his tenure there, he covered the historic Hurricane Ida.
He started his career in Amarillo, Texas where he joined KAMR as a Weekend Morning meteorologist. He covered storms, reported on drought conditions, and forecasted impactful winter weather. Additionally, he reported on multiple wildfires within the region. When free, he loved watching new film releases at a movie theatre and walking around Castle Island.
