Doug Williams is an American News Personality working at WCBS News, CBS News New York affiliate, serving as an anchor and reporter since he joined the station in 2013. Formerly, Williams worked at the regional sports network, SNY, as an anchor and reporter.

Williams studied at Elon University in North Carolina, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism. He is currently serving as an anchor and reporter at the WCBS station, CBS News New York affiliate, since he joined the station in 2013.
Doug was employed at SNY, a local sports network, before joining CBS2. As a reporter and presenter, he covered all the major regional and national sports stories throughout his time there. As a reporter, Williams began his career at SNY, where he also hosted their weekend “Geico SportsNite” overnight sports program.
Subsequently, he was appointed as the permanent anchor of the evening conversation program “Baseball Night in New York.” Additionally, he also worked at the YES Network producing digital programming before joining SNY and is the son of two former reporters for the local news.
