Matheson attended and graduated from Columbia College in Chicago with a Degree in Journalism. He began his career as a radio host on myTalk 107.1 in 2006 with co-host Thompson. A few years later they got promoted to morning anchors of “Jason & Alexis in the Morning”.
Matheson currently works as a host of The Jason Show on FOX 9 and YouTube. He also helped in the production and launching of The Buzz and Good Day Minnesota. Over the years serving FOX 9, Jason has interviewed people like, Will Smith, Arthur Miller, Emma Thompson, and Ewan McGregor.
