Payton Walker is an American News Personality working at WAFF TV station serving as an Anchor and Host for Tennessee Valley Living since she joined the station. Tennessee Valley Living is a lifestyle program on WAFF 48 that airs weekdays at 11:00 a.m. Formerly, Walker worked as a Weekend Anchor and Reporter for WAFF TV station.

Walker received a Summa Cum Laude degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she majored in broadcast journalism and minored in French. She received top scholarships and the UNC-CH School of Media and Journalism’s Outstanding Graduating Senior award during her tenure as the lead anchor for the school’s news station, out of a class of about 400 students.
In addition, she worked as the school’s TV reporter for football and basketball. If you know anything about basketball in Carolina, you are aware of how thrilling that position can be. Payton is currently performing her duties as an anchor and host for the WAFF TV network since she secured a position at the network.
