Education | Career
Noujaim attended and graduated from Jesuit High School in 2002. He then joined San Jose State University in 2004 graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism in 2007. Noujaim began his career as a Board Operator, Producer, and Fill-In Host for Sports 1140 KHTK-CBS Radio. He served the station for 5 years and 7 months leaving the station in July 2008.
Noujaim then joined KJCT News 8 in Grand Junction, Colorado as a Sports Anchor and Reporter. He served the station for 3 years and 5 months and left the station in November 2011. His next assignment took him to Temple, Texas where he served as a Sports Director for KCEN-TV.
Before joining his current station, he worked as a Sports Reporter for KXTV News 10 ABC in Sacramento, California, United States. During his tenure there he covered numerous major sports events in the area like the 2016 NBA Finals, Super Bowl 50, and the Stanley Cup Final.
Even though Pierre’s from California, he is a huge hockey fan and is looking forward to covering more of the game in Minnesota. When off his duties, he enjoys spending time on the water swimming, kayaking, boating, and improving his cooking skills.
